Welcome to TAGIF Project
Transnational Apprenticeship for Green and Inclusive Futures

Partners

The TAGIF Project is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Project, co-funded by the European Union , aimed at Driving Collaboration for Sustainable Education in Europe.

The Challenge: We face a gap in effectively preparing engineering and sustainable development students for the evolving needs of the job market.

The Solution (TAGIF): We transform student mobility into a catalyst for innovation. We achieve this by collaboratively creating an observation grid within businesses, focusing on best practices for ecological transition, inclusion, and AI-driven job transformation.

The Value Proposition:

  • For Apprentices/Students: We help them develop and highlight green and digital skills , integrating mobility as essential learning content.
  • For Companies: We gather and store collected data via an AI platform to provide actionable insights and demonstrate the added value of apprentices who utilize this content.

In short: TAGIF is building a robust link between schools, students, and businesses, preparing the European workforce for a sustainable and digital future.

TAGIF project aims to transform European mobility into a major asset for businesses, enabling students and apprentices to become actors in transitions, by sharing business practices in the field of engineering and sustainable development, linked to the ecological and digital transition as well as inclusion.

It promotes transnational learning based on close cooperation between partners for the benefit of learners’ green skills.

The project adapts, designs and develops measurement, observation and sharing tools in terms of CSR impact and good business practices in engineering and ecology.

The creation of a hybrid transnational master class around digital and CSR transitions will prepare the use of the tools during mobility and may be extended by the implementation of Hybrid Intensive Programs.

The results and impact will be questioned, improved and disseminated throughout the project.
